Ingredients:
• 2 cups of Valrhona white chocolate
• 3 tablespoons of pistachio paste (plus 2 tablespoons for filling)
Instructions:
- Melt the Chocolate:
- Place the white chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave. Use 30-second intervals, stirring well in between to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- Add the Pistachio Paste:
- Once melted, add 3 tablespoons of your pistachio paste to the melted chocolate. Mix well until fully combined.
- Prepare the Mold:
- Pour the chocolate and pistachio mixture into a bonbon mold, covering the bottom and sides. (Refer to the video for guidance.)
- Refrigerate:
- Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Filling:
- Once the chocolate is firm, add your favorite filling (I used pistachio paste, but you can use another filling of your choice).
- Cover with Chocolate:
- Cover everything with more melted white chocolate and refrigerate again until firm.
- Ready!
- Now just unmold and enjoy these beautiful and delicious bonbons!
