This recipe is a refreshing take on the traditional Pão de Queijo, and it’s incredibly simple to prepare. Whether you’re hosting a gathering, looking for a snack, or craving something cheesy and delicious, this Brazilian Cheese Bread is the perfect choice.

Ingredients:

  • 01 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 01 cup of sweet manioc starch
  • 01 cup sour starch
  • Some shredded cheese (as needed)
  • Some sesame seeds (as needed) – optional
  • Some dried basil (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Put everything in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Line a 6.9” x 9” pan with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the cheese bread mixture into the pan.
  5. Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
