Do you remember the joy of homemade sweets made with love? Those sweet memories have always been a cherished part of my life, like the orange cakes with brigadeiro my mother used to make or the home-fermented bread my grandmother taught me to bake.
Cooking has been present in my life since my earliest memories. It has remained so, even while following a different path at university and in the corporate world. But the call of the kitchen was strong. After moving to the United States, I decided to embrace my true passion, studying Patisserie and becoming a Pastry Chef. My journey has shown me that food has the incredible power to create bonds and unforgettable moments regardless of where we are or what we do.
